Senior Solution Sales Manager IAM
Your opportunity
As part of our growth, we have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Solution Sales Manager IAM looking to develop their career with an exciting team in an interesting market. You will be responsible for sales to your assigned customers with a focus on Professional Services for consulting, architecture, implementation and support. You will develop existing client relationships as well as identify and nurture new opportunities to build a balanced pipeline. To do this you will need to have or build a good understanding of customers' IT Security and IAM requirements and business objectives.
Your tasks with us
- Development and implementation of sales strategies in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Acquiring and advising customers on the definition of their IAM requirements
- Building and maintaining customer relationships with a focus on sustainable partnerships
- Preparation of offers and proposed solutions in collaboration with the technical team
- Conducting contract negotiations and concluding sales agreements
- Close cooperation with technical consultants, pre-sales teams, marketing and the management team
- Exchange with internal stakeholders to further develop the IAM portfolio
What you need for your/our success
- Several years of proven experience in sales of IT services and software or preferably in the IT security/IAM sector
- Committed personality and strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation and negotiating skills
- Ability to present technical topics in an understandable way for different target groups
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
We would also like to see the following
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or similar or comparable professional experience
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ideally knowledge of IAM disciplines such as Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Customer Identity Access Management as well as a good understanding of the relevant business drivers (digital transformation, cloud, security, compliance)
