Junior Software Developer IAM
Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Software Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a Junior Software Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing and maintenance of IAM solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our clients' digital assets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with IAM technologies while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Your responsibilities
- Design, development and maintenance of IAM solutions with the latest technologies and simultaneous exploration of new solutions.
- Implementation of business requirements in designs that are aligned with the project objectives.
- Carry out assigned tasks independently and ensure timely and high quality completion.
- Application of agile methods in software development.
- Support for quality and DevOps activities, including automated tests.
- Participate in the design and development of IAM solutions that include authentication, authorization and more.
- Programming clean, efficient IAM functionalities with Java, Python or C#.
- Integration of IAM solutions into existing systems for seamless access control.
- Perform unit tests and contribute to test plans for reliability and security.
- Document code and procedures for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting problems with the IAM system for timely resolution.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- Good understanding of software development concepts.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#).
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Initiative, motivation and creativity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.
- Constructive and open-minded communication style within and between teams.
- Previous experience with IAM or security projects is an advantage, but is not a requirement.
- Certifications are not required, but can be an advantage.
- Fluent in German and English.
