In the area of Operations & Support, we offer our customers support in operating the IAM solution. This is independent of whether the solution was implemented as a pure cloud solution, as SaaS or on-premises. The various services are standardized and can be applied on a modular basis.

- 2nd and 3rd level support (e.g. 5×8 to 24×7 with guaranteed resolution times)
- IAM Managed Services with different Service Level Agreement (SLA) categories
- Periodic performance of technical health checks
- Monitoring of systems and applications
- Optional support for extended service management processes (e.g. problem, change and release management)
- Development and implementation of solution-specific training courses
